This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in Werka, West Arsi. The farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Mundayo Washing Station, located in the Oromia Region, West Arsi Zone. This station supports approximately 750 smallholder producers in the surrounding area.

Process - Harvest is by hand picking and sorting. The coffee is fermented in tanks for 36 to 48 hours and then washed. Parchment coffee is dried on raised beds between 7 - 11 days.

Mundayo in Natural process offers a very "clean" but intense and complex aromatic profile, a high sweetness and fresh and sunny notes of fig tree, bergamot and peach.
