Our House Blend is a changing mixture of our single-origin beans. Each variety is thoughtfully selected to complement the others, resulting in a balanced and harmonious cup. We taste and approve every batch to ensure it meets our high standards for flavor and quality.

Current Blend:
70% Colombian Pink Bourbon – Washed process from the Huila region
30% El Salvador Rume Sudan – Natural anaerobic (48-hour) process from the Ahuachapán region

Expect a sweet, slightly funky espresso with notes of cherry and a pleasant herbal finish.
