Our House Blend is a changing mixture of our single-origin beans. Each variety is thoughtfully selected to complement the others, resulting in a balanced and harmonious cup. We taste and approve every batch to ensure it meets our high standards for flavor and quality.

Current Blend:
20% El Salvador Portillo – Natural-Anaerobic 48hFermentation, Ahuchapan District.
30% Ethiopia Shakisso – Washed process, Guji Region.
50% Ethiopia Mundayo – Washed process, West Arsi Region.

Expect a sweet, flowery aroma, black tea cup, with a sweet fermentation finish.
