Our House Blend is a changing mixture of our single-origin beans. Each variety is thoughtfully selected to complement the others, resulting in a balanced and harmonious cup. We taste and approve every batch to ensure it meets our high standards for flavor and quality.

Current Blend:
60% El Salvador Borbonera – Natural process, Ahuachapán region.
20% El Salvador Rume Sudan – Natural anaerobic (48-hour) process, Ahuachapán region.
20% Ethiopia Shakisso – Washed process, Guji Region

Expect a sweet, slightly funky espresso with notes of cherry and a pleasant herbal and flowery finish.
